You rush home, only to realize - your package hasn't arrived. Don't be discouraged. S U I T E B ships all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS). All Domestic shipments are delivered within 5 business days of your order being processed. Order processing can take up to 48 hours. International shipments are delivered within 14 business days of orders being processed. When shipping internationally, we prefer to go Dutch - International customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes. S U I T E B is not responsible for (nor will we replace) items that are lost, stolen or delayed in transit.
In a perfect world, you will love your garments as much as we do. However, we understand that sometimes the chemistry just isn't there. While S U I T E B does have a no refund policy, we hope you'll give us a second chance.
If you're willing to give it another try, so are we, but of course we have to set boundaries. If you receive an item and don't love the fit, feel or features you can return the item to S U I T E B, in sale-able condition as received - unworn, unwashed, with the tags attached and return slip included - within seven (7) days of receipt. Returns can be exchanged for a store credit or another item of equal or lesser value. All exchanges are final.
